Scouting pronghorn in Units 161 162, and Mule Deer in 111. There was a lot of water and great skies. The Colonnade hotel in Eureka is the best! Saw elk, pronghorn, grouse, and lots of sagebrush!

With the internal probe temp, you should be great and not overcook at all. Just be sure that it's in the thickest part, but not toughing a bone. The flavor is perfect, but we still change things up each time just for fun. I just got the model 2 and was wondering if I could put chicken or whatever meat iam smoking there in aluminum pans to minimize clean up? I like smoker but hate the clean up process:( Also can I cook a whole chicken or turkey breast with tri tip at the same time, maybe put the chicken in aluminum pans and tri tri tip too so they won't drip on each other and also for easy clean up?
I think that might be worth a try. My only thought might be that air wont circulate around the meat as well, but as long as the internal probe temp is what you want, go for it. Clean up is rough, I know and agree with you. What I do it put the trays in the gas grill when I am warming it up and they come out perfect.

What would you think if they had a clip in a commercial showing a hummer at a fast-food drive thru then the next scene faded to a person eating her burger while driving her hummer? There was that one ad from 1992 i saw as a kid where in one clip it showed a hummer going through water, then the last clip showed the hummer going into a tunnel, and it fades to black and the vo says, "Hummer, the legend grows." What do you think of the drive thru clip for the ad?
